Be inspired

Mission Statement

Inspire believes that in today’s world the next generation could be better-equipped to deal with life. To realise their potential, we have designed two programmes for young people to become independent and capable adults.

SORTED links life-skills to community volunteering giving an immediate benefit to young adults and their local community. Alongside the volunteering we have incorporated our innovative i-card that provides meaningful rewards in return for community giving.

Believe in Yourself

The course consists of a series of training modules key to personal development, relevant both to the workplace and everyday life. These include Self-confidence/ Conflict Resolution, Decision Making, Setting Goals, Presentation, Responsibility, Drugs/Alcohol and Personal Safety. The course is backed by ongoing support commensurate with each young person’s identified needs.

Inspire is aware of how valuable apprenticeships can be for corporations and young adults, past schemes have proved unsuccessful.

Through research we have developed the BELIEVE IN YOURSELF programme which addresses the key issue and equips young adults with the skills necessary to facilitate integration into the working world. We are engaging with businesses and corporations to put in place an apprenticeship scheme which will employ young adults who have completed the Inspire courses.
