Lady Gaga is known for her over-the-top fashion choices and weird shoes. We’ve featured her in several incredibly high-heeled attention-grabbing pairs from various designers over the past few years.

She goes for extreme cutouts, curved platforms, studs, spikes, and any type of eye-catching embellishment, and the shoes are often more toned down than the rest of her ensemble (which is hard to believe).

Here, we’ve put together a collection of our favourite wild styles that Gaga has been spotted wearing. It was hard to choose as she has worn numerous crazy shoes in the past!

We’re pretty sure that “little monsters” everywhere will go gaga (sorry, I had to) over these styles.

Lady Gaga’s Meat Dress, Shoes, Hat and Clutch – Yes, It’s All Real Meat!

If you had any doubt about Lady Gaga‘s meat outfit at the 2010 MTV VMAs, the answer is yes, everything from the hat to the dress to the shoes to the clutch, was made of real, 100% from-an-animal meat.

Before you view them, please make sure that your breakfast/lunch/dinner or whatever has already nicely settled in your stomach.

Franc Fernandez, the Argentinian designer of this, um, imaginative dress told MTV in an interview that his creation was made from a meat called “matambre”.

He’s not sure what it translates to in English but he swears that it was a very clean, sweet-smelling, non-bloody type of meat based on his experience of draping, sewing and putting the dress together in two days.

He also says Lady Gaga told him that it was very comfortable and it didn’t stick, run, or leave a bloody trail at all the whole time she was wearing it at the VMAs. However, the popular entertainer is of course used to wearing wild and crazy shoes.

To prepare for what is supposed to be one of the most glamorous nights of the year, Lady Gaga decided to get all powdered up. Wearing a downright bizarre outfit, (the 27-year-old / 2013) is working harder than ever to keep the world’s attention.

Her spooky ensemble consisted of a white skirt and matching blazer by Thom Browne. Underneath she wore a sheer high-collared blouse, while her feet were adorned by custom A-Morir 10″ pearl platform shoes.

Lady Gaga in Extreme 10-Inch Heeled Lace-Up Thigh-High Platform Boots

Lady Gaga was spotted leaving her hotel in Perth, Australia, in a pair of 10-inch thigh-high boots. She styled them with hand-stitched tire shorts featuring lace-up details and cutouts at both front and back.

The (28-year-old / 2014) entertainer also sported a black bodysuit, vintage sunglasses by Christian Lacroix, a choker by Christian Dada, and a star-studded belt.

Lady Gaga is all about dressing up in every type of fashion known to man in this ‘Artpop’ era, but lately, it seems like she’s settled on wearing a pair of go-to shoes. Since this is Lady Gaga we’re talking about, what she considers as wear-with-everything shoes is a pair of super-high platform boots with exaggerated platforms and jagged soles. She has worn them with many of her shocking outfits, and she actually owns them in at least three different colours.

During her gig at the Roseland Ballroom (last week / 2014). She also showed plenty of skin in a nude bodysuit accented with strategically placed red roses.

As for her shoes, Gaga opted for pink platform booties styled with red ribbons. Her booties featuring spiked platform heels are quite fierce! They’re indeed a crazy pair of shoes, but we’re talking about Lady Gaga, so it should no longer be surprising!

We can imagine just how big of a thrill it is for designer Long Tran that Lady Gaga is obsessed with his “Longenecker” boots. Long Tran’s conceptual design aesthetic is right up Lady Gaga’s alley, so it was really only a matter of time before she got a hold of him.

The past few months have been hard for fans around the world as many artistic legends have passed away, including Natalie Cole, Alan Rickman and of course, the larger-than-life David Bowie.

It was expected that a tribute to the late genius singer-songwriter David Bowie would take place at this year’s Grammys, but little did we know that Lady Gaga would be spearheading it, and she did it in a brilliant way.

Lady Gaga walked the red carpet in a David Bowie-inspired look at the 2016 Grammys, which was held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Marc Jacobs made sure to take care of Lady Gaga’s now-iconic tribute looks, creating two head-to-toe customised outfits just for her. Lady Gaga wore a whimsical blue dress with raised shoulders on the red carpet paired with her iconic sky-high red heels.

Her second outfit was a white pantsuit with a detachable feather boa on the shoulder, which she wore on stage.

Lady Gaga Rocks Insane 10-Inch Platform Heels at the Met Gala

Lady Gaga channeled Eighties hair metal and Madonna with her no-pants leotard look at the 2016 Met Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday in New York City.

The eccentric (30-year-old / 2016) superstar showed up in a Versace circuit board jacket with shoulder pads. She styled the jacket with a matching metal bodice, over-the-top bottle blonde hair, fishnet stockings, and an absolutely insane pair of platform stiletto 10-inch heels.

Just for fun, Lady Gaga decided to photobomb Fabletics founder Kate Hudson on the red carpet. The (37-year-old / 2016) actress donned a strapless white gown from Atelier Versace.

United Nude Custom Made Boots for Lady Gaga for her “Fame” fragrance launch

Being so high, Lady Gaga almost tripped in them, but that has never stopped her from wearing high heels. Not surprisingly, the Dutch shoe label United Nude custom made this pair for Lady Gaga. They were specifically told to “make the shoes as high as possible”, and it looks like they delivered. Check out the points on these stiletto heels!.

Rem D. Koolhaas, United Nude’s Creative Director, said that the concept behind this design is that Lady Gaga is a “naked giant and people are climbing on of her”. The people as you can see are climbing gold men which are all nude for United Nude.
